OFF-X™ is a Final-Rinse/Neutralizer for Steel Patinas. 

Especially Useful on Highly Detailed, 3-D or Large Pieces. I use OFF-X™ Neutralizer When I’m Patinating Both Sides of a Piece, to Make Sure All the Patina on Both Sides Are Totally Neutralized, to Prevent Any Unwanted Rusting or White Specks Showing up Under the Clear-Coat.   Useful for Final Rinse ~ Especially on Highly Detailed Cuts or Large Pieces (over 10 sq. ft.) Patina Neutralizer w/ Surfactant. (Surfactant Provides Sheeting Action), Which  Helps Eliminate Water Spots or Streaks.  Spray on Patinated Steel Surfaces, Wait 30-60 Seconds, Then Rinse Well With Plain Water.
