Concentrated Dyes for Steel or Any Metal, Including Aluminum or Stainless.   Translucent, Vibrant Colors in any Color Imaginable by Combining Two or More Dye Colors. STEEL F/X® Metal Dyes Are Specifically Blended to Adhere to Bare Steel or Other Metals Without Hiding the Polished Surface Below.

The Color Possibilities are Endless.  Apply on Clean, Bare Steel or Over Steel That Has First Been Plated with COPPER F/X™, for a Unique, Different Look and Richer Background Color for the Dyes.  

These Dyes are Compatible With all of the STEEL F/X® Patinas, too! Easy to Apply by Brush, Sponge, Rag or Airbrush, Dry Very Quickly and are Compatible with Any Quality Clear-Coats. (Thin Lacquers or Rattle-Can Clears Not Recommended but will work).  The Dye Colors Can be Combined, Thinned or Tinted with the White Dye. (White Tint is Semi-Opaque). Colors Can be Darkened (Shaded) With the Black Dye, which is Also Translucent.  Concentrated, You May Thin the Color Dyes up to 25-30% With Acetone OR Water. Or Use As-Is. No Mixing or Thinning Necessary.  Can Also be Used on Top of Any of the STEEL F/X Patinas for Gorgeous Effects Including Color, Depth, Shadows & Shading. The Dyes Can be Clear-Coated with Any Clear You Prefer, Including Clear Powder-Coat.
